    Human as a human being and human as a workforce, in biopsychosocial model are not separated because there are interferential domains in an organic transactions.

    Industrial and organization policies are designed in a way to make the machines more intelligent day after day but there is much less attempt to develop the workforce intelligence and adaptiveness.

    Higher health programs help us to train workforce in order to improve his/her biopsychosocial state and effectiveness. 

Managers should known that their final products are:

                                                                           and 

                                                                           well being.
