In 18th century, Anatomic sciences, were significantly considered, as the base of medicine and organic organic pathology abolished "vitalistic view" and "mechanistic view" was dominated. The main character of traditional medicine system is that they didn't believe in a precise and apparent border between human and nature. They linked human and nature with one of the following two methods :
    1. Their  explanations about all of the physical and phisiological processes are  based on the connections of 4(or 5) main natural elements.
    2. Intangible and immeasurable equations of vital force are their basic hypothesis to explain all vital and psychological processes. In their opinion, human is a part of a cosmic dance.

These analogic views, believed that organic changes are originated from invisible changes of spirits, humors or forces. On the contrary, modern medicine performs a dissective-descriptive method and its treatments are based on organic changes.
