About IIHH

    IIHH started its work in 1995 as a stress reduction center by the name of "Danesh tandorosti institute" and accomplished several community education programs, as  Communication skills, Cognitive therapy & Family therapy, Hypnotherapy, Meditation, Yoga,  and performed several survey studies and clinical trials.

     In 1998 IIHH established first" Patient Education Center" of Iran by approval of health, treatment & medical education ministry.

     IIHH activities are divided to two related fields :

• Patient Education

• Higher Health

     Our special task in both higher health and patient education is :
 health promotion via management of life modalities as : nutrition, motion ,breathing and mental life (intrapersonal communication & interpersonal communication).

    The main objectives of IIHH are philosophical, anthropological  and clinical studies about :

• Life-Treatment unity

• Mind-Body unity

     It can be considered as "Life oriented medicine" or "Communicative medicine" because in this way we do no physical or chemical interventions in stream of life but perform informational interventions to rearrange the life modalities.

     It leads to omission of gaps which exist in biomedical philosophical and practical approach and get closer to a biopsychosocial experience.
